Everfine Paints Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Everfine Paints website (the “Website”) and the products and services offered through it by IM Paints Industries (“Everfine Paints”, “we”, “us”).
Agreement
By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
Orders
- You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order on the Website.
- All orders are subject to product availability and to confirmation by our team, usually by phone or WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or the details provided cannot be confirmed. If a cancelled order has already been paid for, we will refund it in full.
- Shade colours on screen are a guide only, as screens display colours differently. Please check the shade code against our printed shade card before ordering.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the discounts shown on the Website at the time of ordering.
- We currently accept cash on delivery. For self pickup, payment is made when you collect your order.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery and self pickup
- We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery costs Rs 200 per bucket or gallon of paint, primer, putty or waterproofing.
- Delivery is free in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on orders of Rs 15,000 or more (order total after any discounts).
- Self pickup from our store at Plaza# 42, Street 5, Phase 2 Gulrez Commercial Area, Rawalpindi is free; the store is open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Sunday closed). Please call or WhatsApp us before you come so your order is ready.
- Delivery timelines are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and a WhatsApp number where we can reach you.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as bad weather, strikes or public holidays.
Our guarantees
- 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us with your order number and we’ll refund or return it, with no hassle.
- Quality guarantee of up to 5 years on our paint material, covering colour stability, finish and durability. The period for each product is shown on its page: Weather Shield 3 years, Weather Protector 4 years and Weather Solid Guard 5 years.
- The quality guarantee applies when the product is applied as directed on a properly prepared surface (clean and dry, with putty and primer where recommended). It does not cover damage caused by seepage or damp in the wall, structural cracks or movement, or incorrect application.
- To make a claim under either guarantee, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will arrange a refund, return or replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds are made by bank transfer or in cash at our store.
Intellectual property
- The content of the Website, including all logos, trademarks, text and images, is the property of IM Paints Industries or its licensors.
- You may not use any of this content without our prior written permission.
User conduct
- You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and not to violate any laws or regulations in doing so.
- You will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- You will not transmit any viruses or other harmful code through the Website.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided “as is”. Product information, coverage and drying times are given in good faith as a guide; results depend on surface preparation, application and conditions. Apart from the rights you have under the law and our guarantees above, we make no other warranties about the Website or its content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Everfine Paints will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. Our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Website at any time if you breach these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery information and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Everfine Paints regarding your use of the Website.
