Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery charges

• Rs 200 shipping per bucket or gallon of paint, primer, putty or waterproofing.
• Free delivery in Islamabad & Rawalpindi on orders of Rs 15,000 or more (order total after any discounts).
• Free self pickup. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and collect your order from our store at Plaza# 42, Street 5, Phase 2 Gulrez Commercial Area, Rawalpindi. The store is open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Sunday closed); please call or WhatsApp +92 332 9158876 before you come so your order is ready.

The delivery charge for your order is worked out from your city and basket, and shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. You can pay cash on delivery.

Delivery timelines

Once your order is processed, expect delivery within 2–3 business days in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. For other cities we will share an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can also check your order on our order tracking page.

Important information

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any apartment number or floor. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or public holidays. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
